Its home page tells passengers on flights operated for TAP Express to contact TAP Portugal directly. The entire public site is six pages (confirmed against its own sitemap) and contains no special-assistance, mobility-aid, battery or baggage content; /special-assistance, /accessibility, /passengers and /reduced-mobility all return 404. As an EU carrier it is bound by Regulation (EC) 1107/2006, but it publishes nothing of its own on that.
