Fragments only. SKY Airline publishes some assistance information but not a full mobility-aid policy. What is below is everything it actually states. Everything marked “not published” genuinely is — confirm it with the airline rather than assuming the international baseline applies.

SKY publishes no accessibility-specific phone line or e-mail address; requests go through the country Contact Center numbers, the SKY Chat virtual assistant or the contact/claim forms. The only accessibility-specific channel published is the US TTY number +1 786 233 6412 (Miami). SKY's contract of carriage repeatedly tells passengers that conditions for special cases live in the Centro de Ayuda, but that help centre is a JavaScript single-page app (Inbenta knowledge base) whose articles could not be retrieved.

9 of the unanswered fields below share one explanation: Not published anywhere on SKY's public site or in its contract of carriage; SKY sets no published rule on wheelchair batteries. Contact the Contact Center before booking. (ICAO/IATA defaults apply — see global rules.) The rest carry their own.
Powered wheelchairs & batteries
The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.
Not published. SKY's contract carries "sillas de ruedas" free of charge without distinguishing manual from battery-powered chairs, and nowhere addresses electric or motorised wheelchairs, battery types, watt-hour limits, terminal insulation or battery documentation. SKY directs special cases to its Centro de Ayuda, which is a JavaScript application whose articles could not be read.

Not published for mobility aids. SKY's contract lists "baterías de electrólito líquido" (liquid-electrolyte batteries) among the corrosives that may not be carried in baggage, but that dangerous-goods clause is not stated to apply to wheelchair batteries.

Not published — SKY sets no size limit for a powered wheelchair and publishes no cargo-hold door dimensions.

SKY publishes nothing at all about battery-powered wheelchairs. Its contract states that it is the passenger's responsibility to check the Centro de Ayuda for special cases, but the help centre content is served by a JavaScript knowledge-base app and could not be retrieved; a traveller with a power chair should call the Contact Center and get the answer in writing before booking.
Manual wheelchairs

Not published for wheelchairs. SKY's passenger-rights leaflet says you may carry "en cabina, sin costo, concentradores de oxígeno, máquinas de diálisis, muletas o prótesis" — oxygen concentrators, dialysis machines, crutches or prostheses — but does not list a folding wheelchair among the items allowed in the cabin.

Not published — SKY gives no in-cabin stowage dimensions for a folding wheelchair.
Not published. SKY sets no maximum wheelchair size. Its published size limits (special baggage 158–230 linear cm; sporting goods up to 230 cm linear) are stated for paid special baggage, not for mobility aids, and must not be read as a wheelchair limit.

Not published. SKY's 23 kg / 158–230 linear cm rule is for "equipaje especial" (special baggage) and sporting goods, and SKY does not state that it applies to wheelchairs, which are carried outside the baggage allowance at no cost.

Not published — SKY does not say whether a checked wheelchair is returned at the aircraft door or at the baggage belt.
Under the Brazilian section of SKY's contract (ANAC Resolution 280) the passenger has the right to board with their prostheses and/or orthoses and to have their technical mobility aids available promptly, with SKY taking the measures needed to prevent damage to them.
Booking & cost
Strictest published figure. Under SKY's Chilean and Brazilian conditions, passengers with a disability or reduced mobility "deberán informar al Transportador, lo antes posible y siempre con una anticipación mínima de 48 horas al horario del vuelo" where they need certified medical oxygen in the cabin or a stretcher. Under the Peruvian conditions, special assistance including an airport wheelchair must be requested at least 24 hours before departure. SKY publishes no notice deadline specific to carrying your own wheelchair.

Es responsabilidad del Pasajero suscribir el documento de descargo de responsabilidad disponible en skyairline.com/peru sección 'Centro de Ayuda' y presentarlo al momento de realizar el check in en counter." A travel agent booking the ticket must also notify SKY.

Repeated for every SKY fare family (BASIC, LIGHT and the higher fares) under "Condiciones especiales": "Elementos que pueden ser transportados por el Pasajero sin costo adicional: sillas de ruedas, muletas, bastones, prótesis, coche (sólo en caso de viajar con infante o niño), contenedor de insulina, máquina de diálisis y POC (concentrador de oxígeno)."

Not published — SKY gives no number of mobility devices carried free per passenger.
No mobility-aid-specific rule. SKY's contract says liability for loss, delayed delivery or damage to checked baggage "se sujetará a lo establecido en la ley, la normativa aplicable o la Convención, según corresponda, salvo que anticipadamente el Pasajero declare un valor superior" — no figure is given. Hand baggage stays entirely at the passenger's own risk. On wholly domestic journeys, national law governs the limits.

On board
Not published — SKY does not say whether its aircraft carry an on-board aisle chair. Its Brazilian-section rights mention "sillas orugas" (stair-climbing chairs) as airport boarding equipment, not an on-board aisle chair.

Published per country. Peru (Ley 28735): assistance "durante el proceso de check-in, movilización a la sala de embarque y aeronave, y asistirlo en el recojo de su equipaje en el aeropuerto de destino", plus an airport wheelchair on 24 h notice, subject to availability. Brazil (ANAC Res. 280): preferential assistance boarding, in flight and disembarking, using mechanical lifts, ramps or stair-climbing chairs available at the airport. The passenger-rights leaflet promises assistance "durante el embarque, vuelo y desembarque".

"Solicitar, sin costo, un cambio de asiento si tienes movilidad reducida" — a free seat change is a published passenger right. Conversely, SKY's contract forbids seating "Pasajeros con discapacidad o movilidad reducida" in emergency-exit rows.

Worth knowing
SKY Airline publishes far less than its size suggests. skyairline.com is a JavaScript single-page app: every unknown path (e.g. /asistencia-especial, /movilidad-reducida) silently renders the home page, and the Centro de Ayuda at cda.skyairline.com — which SKY's own contract of carriage names as the place where conditions for special cases are published — is an Inbenta knowledge-base app whose article content could not be retrieved by any route tried (direct fetch, the reader proxy, the ?query= parameter, and the Inbenta v1 auth endpoint with the site's own apiKey/domainKey, which returned 'Invalid secret'). What SKY does publish is in two PDFs linked from the skyairline.com footer and hosted on SKY's ButterCMS content CDN (cdn.buttercms.com) — the 58-page Contrato de Transporte and the Deberes y derechos del pasajero leaflet — plus the Canales de atención page. Those establish: wheelchairs, crutches, canes and prostheses are carried free on every fare and outside the baggage allowance; 48 h notice for oxygen or a stretcher (Chile/Brazil) and 24 h for special assistance including an airport wheelchair (Peru); a mandatory signed liability-release document at check-in on Peruvian routes; no exit-row seating; a free seat change for reduced mobility; and a self-reliance rule — a passenger who cannot understand or follow crew safety instructions, cannot look after their own physiological needs, or could not act on crew instructions in an emergency may only fly with a companion. Critical gap for a power-chair user: SKY publishes NOTHING on electric wheelchairs, battery types, watt-hour limits, terminal insulation, spares or documentation, and nothing on whether an on-board aisle chair exists, where the chair is returned, or any size or weight ceiling. Call the Contact Center and get written confirmation before booking. Note on sources: the two PDFs are SKY's own documents but are served from cdn.buttercms.com, SKY's content-management CDN, rather than from skyairline.com itself; they are linked directly from the skyairline.com footer, which is why they are treated as official here. A human should re-check the Centro de Ayuda in a real browser — it very likely contains the wheelchair and battery article this record is missing.
