The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.
Accepted, but a battery-powered chair must be handed over as checked baggage at the check-in desk: "Если кресло работает на батареях, то в аэропорту его нужно будет сдать в багаж за стойкой регистрации — для безопасности перелета." You cannot keep using a battery chair while waiting in the terminal; the airport supplies a loaner.
