Wet-lease / ACMI operator. Privilege Style usually flies aircraft and crew on behalf of other airlines. If your ticket says another airline, that airline’s wheelchair policy governs your booking — but the aircraft’s physical hold limits are this operator’s.

Privilege Style publishes no accessibility desk, disability email or relay service, and it does not sell tickets to passengers at all: “Unlike other regular airlines, passengers cannot buy a flight ticket directly to the airline.” Every special-assistance and wheelchair request must be made through the charterer or tour operator that booked the flight. The Palma HQ number and the general/complaints addresses are the only direct channels published.

Powered wheelchairs & batteries
The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.
“Privilege Style cannot carry wheelchair equipped with wet spillable batteries. Other types will be accepted provided certain conditions are met to ensure their safe and secure transportation.” Carriage also depends on there being sufficient hold space at the time of booking and on a request made through the tour operator at least 48 h ahead.

“Passengers with special needs should be aware that our crew are unable to administer medication or to provide any assistance with personal care. If this kind of assistance is required, a capable safety assistant should also travel.” A safety assistant (18+) is required for anyone who cannot communicate with crew about safety, unfasten their own seat belt, lift themselves, reach an emergency exit unaided, retrieve and fit a life jacket or fit an oxygen mask.

Fleet detail. Carriage of a wheelchair depends on “sufficient space in the aircraft hold at the time of booking” — Privilege Style publishes no hold dimensions.
Worth knowing
ACMI/charter operator: Privilege Style states in its own Conditions of Carriage that it is “a private charter flight company whose flights are hired by charterers (travel agencies, tour operators, companies, other airlines…)” and that “passengers cannot buy a flight ticket directly to the airline”. On a sub-charter or ACMI flight the CONTRACTING airline's or tour operator's policy is what a passenger contracts under; Privilege Style's own published special-assistance policy, captured here, is what it applies to flights it operates. Two hard limits a traveller must plan around: wheelchairs with wet spillable batteries are refused outright, and carriage of any chair is conditional on hold space at the time of booking.
