3 of the unanswered fields below share one explanation: Not published — no watt-hour figure appears anywhere on Overland's site. The rest carry their own.
Powered wheelchairs & batteries
The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.
Not published. Overland's Special Requirements page covers passengers with reduced mobility but says nothing about powered wheelchairs or mobility scooters, and the Conditions of Carriage give no mobility-aid battery rule.

Not published — Overland states no lithium-ion wheelchair rule. Conditions of Carriage 8.3.1.1 only refers generically to the ICAO Technical Instructions and the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and says "further information is available from us on request". There is no dangerous-goods or restricted-items page on the site.

Not published for mobility aids. For life-saving medical equipment only, Overland requires enough charged batteries for 150% of the expected flight time, packed per the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.

Not published — Overland does not say whether a wheelchair battery must be removed.
Not published for wheelchairs. Overland's only sealed-battery rule concerns life-saving/medical equipment, a different device class (see electric notes).

Not published for wheelchair batteries. A MEDIF form approved by Customer Experience is required for medical cases, and manufacturers' technical details are required for any life-saving equipment granted a waiver.

Not published — no hold or door dimensions are given for any Overland aircraft type (ATR 42-500/600 and Beechcraft 1900D).

The only battery-powered-equipment rule Overland publishes is for life-saving/medical equipment, NOT wheelchairs: such equipment "will not be permitted on Overland Airways flights except a special waiver or concession is granted by the Accountable Executive", and the treating physician must certify that all equipment is battery operated with "dry, non-spillable, sealed batteries only", that batteries will not be recharged in flight, and that spares are packed per the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. Overland does not extend this to mobility aids and neither should a reader.
Manual wheelchairs
Overland publishes no rule on carrying a passenger's own manual wheelchair as baggage. It does accept wheelchair users: Conditions of Carriage 7.5.1 makes acceptance of "persons who are disabled or have limited mobility ... requiring special assistance (such as a wheelchair)" subject to prior agreement at the time of ticketing, and 7.5.2 states that "Our Airline's policy on carriage of Persons with Reduced Mobility or people with special needs is available on our website and forms part of this Contract of Carriage" — but that published policy says nothing about the chair itself.

Not published — nothing on stowing a folding wheelchair in the cabin.
Not published — no in-cabin stowage dimensions are given.
Not published — no maximum wheelchair size, hold-door or hold-compartment figure appears anywhere on the site. Overland's entire public site is 30 pages (About Us, Services, Travel Information, Frequent Flyer, Media, Contact, Notices); there is no baggage page, no special-baggage page and no dangerous-goods page on which such a figure could sit.
Not published for mobility aids. The FAQ publishes only the general checked allowance (Economy 15–23 kg, Premium up to 30 kg, one 6 kg carry-on) with excess charged at a flat N2,150 per kg, and no wheelchair exemption is stated anywhere.

Not published — Overland says nothing about returning a wheelchair at the aircraft door or jet bridge.
Conditions of Carriage 7.5.1: acceptance of passengers who are disabled, have limited mobility or need special assistance such as a wheelchair is subject to prior agreement with Overland at the time of ticketing; 7.5.2 makes the published PRM policy part of the contract. The Special Requirements page adds that before departure the ground staff at the point of origin MUST ascertain the availability of support equipment and resources at the passenger's point of disembarkation. Note that Nig.CARs 19.12.6.2 obliges Nigerian carriers to make publicly available "any restrictions on their carriage or on that of mobility equipment due to the size of aircraft" — Overland publishes no such restrictions, so either there are none or the requirement is unmet.
Booking & cost
FAQ: "Kindly contact us at least 48 hours prior to the departure of your flight" for special assistance at check-in, boarding and on board. The Special Requirements page says wheelchair users needing guided assistance must give "up to 48 hours advance notice as required by law", and that all special-requirement passengers must notify the airline at least 24 hours before the flight date. The law it refers to is Nig.CARs Part 19.12.2.1, which bars airlines from requiring advance notice of the disability itself but lets them ask for up to 48 h notice of guided assistance.

Special Requirements page: such passengers will "be provided the opportunity to request special needs assistance while booking or purchasing a flight ticket", and "tickets will only be issued to such passengers at our ticketing counter or ticketing office". Medical cases need a MEDIF form emailed to fly@overlandairways.com at least 24 h before departure and approved by Customer Experience.

Not published. Overland nowhere says whether a mobility aid is carried free or outside the baggage allowance: Conditions of Carriage 8.1 refers the free allowance to the ticket and 8.2 charges "a charge and special handling fee" above it; the FAQ gives only the general allowance (Economy 15–23 kg, Premium 30 kg, excess N2,150/kg) and the site has no baggage page. Nig.CARs Part 19 has no free-carriage rule for mobility equipment either. The cost of an ambulift, equipment and any medical escort is borne by the passenger.

Not published — Overland states no number of mobility devices carried per passenger, and there is no baggage or special-baggage page on the site that could hold one.
Conditions of Carriage 14.5.2: "Our liability for damage to your baggage, including damage caused by delay, is limited by the convention to 1,131 SDR"; written complaint within 7 days (15.1). No mobility-aid rule is published, but the regulator's Nig.CARs 19.12.7.1 makes a Nigerian carrier "responsible for 100% of the repair or replacement cost" where "wheelchairs or other mobility equipment or assistive devices are lost or damaged whilst being handled by the airline".

On board
Not published — no on-board/aisle wheelchair is mentioned for any aircraft type. Overland's fleet is ATR 42 and Beechcraft 1900D turboprops.
Not published. The only lavatory rule published concerns passengers with urinary bags, who are seated near the lavatory and refused carriage if the lavatory is unavailable.

Assistance at check-in, boarding and on board can be requested 48 h ahead, but Overland states passengers "need to liaise directly with respective Airport Manager for ambulift facilities well in advance ... as this facility will not be provided by Overland Airways", and that arrangements for and the cost of the ambulift, equipment and any medical escort "would be borne by the passenger". Cabin staff are first-aid trained only.

Fleet detail. No hold-door or hold-compartment dimension is published for any Overland aircraft. Overland's Notice of Passengers' Rights states that baggage off-loaded for operational, safety or security reasons is carried on the next flight with space, with N10,000 (domestic) or US$170 (international) tendered for the inconvenience — a wheelchair user should assume their chair can be off-loaded and plan accordingly.
Worth knowing
Overland publishes a long, detailed 'Special Requirements' policy for passengers with reduced mobility — but nothing whatsoever about carrying the wheelchair itself, its size, its weight or its battery, and a second pass confirmed why: the airline's entire public site is 30 pages and contains no baggage page, no special-baggage page and no dangerous-goods/restricted-items page. The only baggage rules published are Conditions of Carriage Art. 8 and two FAQ entries. What a traveller must know: oxygen on board is marked NOT ALLOWED and stretcher travel is marked NOT ALLOWED; an ambulift is NOT provided by the airline and must be arranged with, and paid for through, the airport manager; before accepting a wheelchair user the ground staff at the origin must first confirm that support equipment and resources exist at the destination airport, so carriage can turn on that; tickets for special-assistance passengers can only be bought at a ticket counter or ticketing office, not online; carriage of life-saving/medical equipment on board is refused unless the Accountable Executive grants a waiver. Two regulator facts fill part of the vacuum, cited to the NCAA and not to Overland: Nig.CARs 19.12.7.1 makes a Nigerian carrier liable for 100% of the repair or replacement cost of a wheelchair it damages, and 19.12.8.4 requires a written answer to a disability complaint within 30 days. Nig.CARs Part 19 contains NO free-carriage rule for mobility equipment, so the silence on fees is a real gap, not an oversight in this record. overland.aero serves the same site as overlandairways.com. The Contact and Terms pages sit behind an Incapsula bot wall on direct fetch and were read through the reader proxy.
