Fragments only. Nok Air publishes some assistance information but not a full mobility-aid policy. What is below is everything it actually states. Everything marked “not published” genuinely is — confirm it with the airline rather than assuming the international baseline applies.

Nok Air publishes no dedicated disability or accessibility phone line, email address or CRO page. Wheelchair requests go through the general call centre, Manage Booking, or the "Nok Social" channels. Outside Thailand and China every listed office is a general sales agent, not Nok Air staff.

3 of the unanswered fields below share one explanation: ICAO/IATA default applies — see global rules. The rest carry their own.
Powered wheelchairs & batteries
The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.
Not published. Neither the English nor the Thai site mentions powered wheelchairs, mobility scooters or battery-powered mobility aids at all.

Nok Air caps assisted passengers: "only one (1) passenger requiring care or special care is allowed per row", plus a per-flight limit set by aircraft type (the Conditions of Carriage table names only the Boeing 737).
Booking & cost
A wheelchair "must be notified to us when the booking is made (in case of booking made through website, passenger must contact Nok Air at least 48 hours before the departure flight)". The same 48 h deadline applies to a passenger requiring special care and to guide-dog carriage.

Fleet detail. Nok Air publishes no hold-door or hold-compartment dimensions. The only aircraft type named in its Conditions of Carriage assisted-passenger and cabin-baggage tables is the Boeing 737.
Worth knowing
Nok Air has a "Physically Challenged Passenger" page and a special-assistance clause in its Conditions of Carriage, but publishes nothing at all about carrying a passenger's own wheelchair: no manual or powered acceptance statement, no dimensions, no weight limit, no battery or watt-hour rule, no fee or free-carriage statement. The Thai-language version of the disability page was read and is identical in substance to the English one; the Thai baggage and dangerous-goods pages likewise contain no wheelchair or lithium-battery content. Practical points that are published: assistance must be requested 48 h ahead if the ticket was bought online; only one assisted passenger per seat row and a per-flight cap; a passenger who cannot walk to the gate or board unaided must travel with a carer who provides assistance in flight and during embarkation/disembarkation; a passenger with a medical condition must sign an indemnity form and produce a medical certificate issued within 7 days; disabled passengers may not sit in exit rows. The dangerous-goods page bars "devices with spillable batteries" from hand luggage and the security restricted area but is silent on lithium batteries and on wheelchair batteries in the hold — a wet-cell or lithium chair user should call ahead.
