Powered wheelchairs & batteries
The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.
Article 28: "电动轮椅应托运" — an electric wheelchair must be checked, handed over at least 2 h before check-in closes, and must comply with the dangerous-goods rules. Every battery-wheelchair row of the dangerous-goods table is marked 承运人批准 (carrier approval required) and 通知机长 (captain must be notified), and the carriage must be requested no later than 48 h before departure.

Booking & cost
Article 10: a passenger needing (i) medical oxygen (not carried), (ii) an electric wheelchair checked, (iii) the on-board narrow aisle wheelchair, (iv) group services or (v) a service dog in the cabin must request it when booking and no later than 48 h before departure. Article 16: Loong Air provides free of charge the mobility equipment needed to board and disembark, "包括…机上专用窄型轮椅、机械升降机" — including the dedicated on-board narrow aisle wheelchair and mechanical lifts. Points a traveller should know: all three battery-wheelchair categories (sealed/NiMH/dry, spillable wet, lithium) need carrier approval and captain notification and are restricted to elderly/infirm/disabled users; the powered chair must be requested no later than 48 h before departure and handed over 2 h before check-in closes; Loong Air does not carry passengers requiring in-flight medical oxygen ("公司暂不承运用氧旅客"); unaccompanied passengers who would need help in an evacuation are capped per flight (2 on 51–100-seat aircraft, 4 on 101–200, 6 on 201–400, 8 above 400).
