Powered wheelchairs & batteries
The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.
"Mobility Aids require prior airline approval." Power wheelchairs need approval "based on the International Air Transport Association's battery transport regulations", notified via Customer Service at least 48 h before departure. Boarding may also be refused for insufficient cargo space or when 10+ wheelchair passengers are on the flight.

Lithium-battery wheelchairs are carried, but "Mobility Aids require prior airline approval" and the battery's capacity must be verifiable from its markings.

For a non-detachable battery Jeju Air's table states only "the battery must be firmly attached to the wheelchair; short-circuit protection must be applied to battery terminals" — no watt-hour figure is given for a battery that stays in the chair.
Detachable battery, carry-on procedure: "≤ 300Wh — battery can be carried in the cabin"; "> 300Wh — prohibited for transport".

"Spare batteries: Allowed up to two ≤ 160Wh or one ≤ 300Wh." Anything over 300 Wh is prohibited for transport.

Maximum count: "Spare batteries: Allowed up to two ≤ 160Wh or one ≤ 300Wh", carried in the cabin.

Where the battery is detachable, Jeju Air's "carry-on procedure" puts the battery (≤ 300 Wh) in the cabin. Batteries that cannot be detached stay firmly attached to the chair instead.

Gel / AGM / sealed lead-acid (non-spillable) wheelchair batteries are not mentioned on Jeju Air's pages.
Jeju Air's restricted-items page covers only lithium-battery mobility aids; wet / spillable batteries are not mentioned either way.
"Short-circuit protection must be applied to battery terminals." Lithium battery terminals must be covered with insulating tape or the battery kept in a protective pouch/bag, individually packaged, carried on the person and not stowed in overhead bins.

The rating must be readable on the battery: "batteries with a capacity (mAh) not indicated or unconfirmed cannot be transported", and a battery whose Wh cannot be verified accurately may be refused (e.g. no voltage marking). No MSDS or form is demanded.

No maximum powered-wheelchair dimensions are published.
No weight limit for powered wheelchairs is published.
The chair may be surrendered at the boarding gate and is collected at the arrival gate or baggage claim; gate return is not guaranteed and depends on airport circumstances.

Batteries over 300 Wh are refused outright. Jeju Air publishes no watt-hour figure at all for a chair whose battery cannot be removed — confirm with the carrier before flying a >300 Wh non-removable battery.
Manual wheelchairs
"You're able to use your own wheelchair up to the boarding gate. We'll take your wheelchair at the boarding gate and put it in the cargo compartment for you." Caveat: boarding may be denied if cargo space is insufficient, or when 10+ wheelchair passengers (4+ needing crew assistance) are on one flight.

Jeju Air does not say whether a folding manual wheelchair may be stowed in the cabin; its pages describe the chair going into the cargo compartment.
No in-cabin stowage dimensions for a folding wheelchair are published.
No maximum wheelchair dimensions are published.
No weight limit specific to wheelchairs is published. The 32 kg / 158 cm (sum of three sides) cap Jeju Air publishes is for ordinary checked baggage, and the site does not state whether it binds mobility aids.
Drop-off at "check-in counter or boarding gate", collection at "arrival gate or baggage claim area". Jeju Air warns that "due to airport circumstances, checked baggage may not be available for drop-off or pick-up at the gate, and retrieval may take time".

Wheelchair users cannot use web/mobile or kiosk check-in and must collect a boarding pass at the counter. Priority check-in, boarding and baggage are offered to wheelchair users and one companion.
Booking & cost
"Motorized wheelchairs need special management. Let us know if you have a motorized wheelchair through Customer Service at least 48 hours before your flight." The same 48 h deadline applies to priority seating; boarding may be denied on "failure to book ahead at least 48 hours before departure".

Wheelchair assistance, motorised-wheelchair notification and priority seating are all requested through Customer Service (1599-1500), or at the airport counter on the day for late requests. Wheelchair users cannot use mobile or kiosk check-in.

Jeju Air does not publish a number of mobility devices carried free per passenger.
Jeju Air publishes no mobility-aid damage rule. Its US customer service plan covers baggage delay/loss compensation under DOT 14 CFR 260.5 but says nothing about the ACAA full-value standard for wheelchairs.
On board
"Aircrafts are equipped with a wheelchair designed for in-flight use. If you need a wheelchair to get around on your flight, let us know in advance through Customer Service or when you check in for your flight."

Not published; Jeju Air says nothing about accessible lavatories on its all-narrowbody fleet.
At US airports Jeju Air commits under 14 CFR Part 382 to "transportation to, from, and between gates, either by wheelchair" plus in-airport and on-plane assistance for mobility-impaired passengers. Elsewhere a solo traveller needing help with their wheelchair must ask Customer Service 48 h ahead and Jeju Air "cannot guarantee" it.

Worth knowing
Capacity cap worth knowing: Jeju Air may deny boarding "when 10 or more passengers in wheelchairs are boarding a flight; when 4 or more passengers in wheelchairs requiring crew assistance are boarding a flight", or if there is insufficient cargo space — book early. Airport loaner wheelchairs are subject to airport stock and the rental service is aimed at passengers aged 70+ travelling alone and passengers with disabilities. Jeju Air designates Complaint Resolution Officials at all US airports (it serves Guam and Saipan) but publishes no CRO phone number. The only published channels are the Korea-domestic short code 1599-1500 (09:00–19:00) and the 1:1 web form — no accessibility-specific line, no overseas numbers, no TTY/relay on the English site. The battery table is silent on the watt-hour cap for non-removable batteries and on wet / non-spillable batteries.
