Nigerian regional carrier (Uyo base; Nigeria domestic plus Accra). MAJOR INTERNAL CONTRADICTION a human should resolve: the Baggage page accepts "special motorized chairs / buggies" free of charge with 48 hours' notice, while Conditions of Carriage 8.2.2 says "due to the size and category of our aircraft we are not permitted to carry Motorized Wheelchair with dry or wet-cell batteries" — i.e. the contractual document appears to refuse powered chairs outright. Both are recorded. Advance-notice deadlines also disagree across four pages (24 / 48 / 72 h). Other hard limits: no on-board aisle chair; staff will not hand-carry, so WCHC/WCHS passengers are not carried; WCHR passengers must travel with a companion; the number of wheelchair passengers per flight is limited; Ibom Air cannot carry medical oxygen, stretchers, incubators or respirators; spillable batteries are refused; Segways and hoverboards are banned.
