Georgian Airways publishes no dedicated disability or accessibility desk — no special-assistance phone line, no assistance-request form, no TTY/relay. Powered wheelchairs & batteries
The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.
The only statement on the site is on the dangerous-goods page, which lists 'Battery powered wheelchairs/mobility devices' among 'Articles that can be carried in the checked baggage in limited quantities'. No approval procedure, battery rule, weight or size limit is published, and Conditions of Carriage 7.2.1 makes carriage of a passenger needing special assistance 'subject to prior arrangement with us', so acceptance is effectively case-by-case.

Not published for wheelchairs, and the site contradicts itself on lithium generally: the dangerous-goods page allows in checked baggage 'Lithium ion batteries, an aggregate equivalent lithium content of less than 8 g' while barring 'Incorporative lithium batteries', and the baggage page's on-board prohibition list simply says 'Lithium batteries' are not allowed on board. None of this is written for mobility aids.

Georgian Airways' entire published mobility-aid policy is one short page: 48 hours' notice, free carriage of a wheelchair/crutches/braces on top of the carry-on allowance, and five factors on which acceptance of a reduced-mobility passenger 'depends' (condition of the passenger, limitation per aircraft, need for special equipment, need for attendance on board, onward interline transportation). Everything a power-chair user needs is missing: no battery rules of any kind, no watt-hour figures, no removal or terminal-protection instruction, no weight or size limit, no gate-delivery promise, no aisle chair, no accessible-lavatory statement, no seating rule. A powered chair is mentioned in exactly one place — the dangerous-goods page, which lists 'Battery powered wheelchairs/mobility devices' among items carriable in checked baggage 'in limited quantities' — while the baggage page's on-board prohibition list bans 'Lithium batteries' outright. Two things a human should re-check with the airline: (1) that lithium contradiction; (2) whether the USD 20/kg checked-baggage liability cap in Conditions of Carriage 15.5.8 is really applied to mobility aids — as written it would pay out roughly USD 400-600 for a destroyed power chair, an order of magnitude below its value, and no full-value or special-declaration route for mobility aids is published. There is no accessibility desk, no assistance form and no email other than the general help@ address. English and Georgian versions of the PRM page were both read and say the same thing; the Georgian text words the per-aircraft limitation as 'aircraft type'.
