ACMI/wet-lease operator: Avion Express Malta is the Maltese AOC of Avion Express, a narrow-body ACMI (“airline for airlines”) group that also holds Lithuanian and Brazilian AOCs. It flies on behalf of contracting airlines, and the contracting airline's mobility-aid policy is the one that applies — passengers should read that airline's accessibility pages. Avion Express Malta publishes nothing of its own: the group site has one Travel Information page and it states in terms that it covers only flights marked “avion express” (X9), not 4X. The sister record avion-express (X9) does carry a full published wheelchair policy, but it must not be read across to 4X flights.
