Fragments only. APG Airlines publishes some assistance information but not a full mobility-aid policy. What is below is everything it actually states. Everything marked “not published” genuinely is — confirm it with the airline rather than assuming the international baseline applies.

APG publishes no dedicated disability or special-assistance line — the numbers above are the general reservations line and the travel-agent helpdesk. APG's own FAQ tells passengers not to contact APG directly: "Passengers should contact the travel agent from whom they purchased their APG Airlines ticket for any queries", and for special requests "please contact the operating airline directly".
Read it from the source
10 of the unanswered fields below share one explanation: APG states no wheelchair-battery rule at all. The only watt-hour figures in its Conditions of Carriage — batteries "in a range of 100 Wh and 160 Wh", maximum two — sit in 5.8.5(ii) and govern spare batteries for a passenger's OWN ventilator, respirator, CPAP or portable oxygen concentrator. They are not a mobility-aid limit and must not be read as one. The rest carry their own.
Powered wheelchairs & batteries
The part that goes wrong. Battery chemistry and watt-hours decide whether your chair flies, and the rules differ depending on whether the battery can be removed.
APG publishes no rule specific to powered wheelchairs. The only text is CoC 5.8.2, which covers "one item of mobility equipment per person with reduced mobility, including wheelchairs, and subject to there being sufficient room on board the aircraft and without prejudice to application of the legislation on dangerous goods". Combined with the 5.8.6 aircraft/door-size refusal ground on an 8-seat BE350, a powered chair must be agreed with APG in advance.

Not published — APG states no maximum powered-wheelchair dimensions.
Not published — APG states no maximum weight for a powered wheelchair.
Not published — APG says nothing about returning a powered chair at the aircraft door.
The practical constraint is the aircraft: APG's own flights are operated on "a 8 seater BE 350 bi-turboprop" (its own introduction page), and it offers the same aircraft for privatisation/charter. A power chair should be cleared with APG reservations well before booking.
Manual wheelchairs
CoC 5.8.2 entitles a PRM to one item of mobility equipment "including wheelchairs, and subject to there being sufficient room on board the aircraft". 5.8.6 lets APG refuse a PRM under EC 1107/2006 "if the size of the aircraft or its doors makes the embarkation or carriage of that disabled person or person with reduced mobility physically impossible" — a live constraint, since APG's only route is flown by an 8-seat Beechcraft 350.

Not published. APG's Conditions of Carriage and Baggage Policy say nothing about stowing a folding manual chair in the cabin; the only cabin-baggage rule published is a generic 45 x 35 x 20 cm / 6 kg hand-baggage limit, which APG does not extend or apply to mobility aids.
Not published — APG publishes no in-cabin stowage allowance for a folding wheelchair.
Not published. APG states no maximum wheelchair size; its 158 cm total-dimension figure is a general checked-baggage rule (CoC 6.8.4), not a stated chair limit, so it is deliberately not recorded here.
Not published for mobility aids. APG's 20 kg checked-bag limit (CoC 6.8.4) and the 20 kg / EUR 20 excess rule in the Baggage Policy are general baggage rules; APG does not state whether they apply to a wheelchair.
Not published — APG says nothing about returning a wheelchair at the aircraft door or jet bridge.
APG's whole own-metal network is Toulouse–Lorient on an 8-seat Beechcraft King Air 350 (BE350). Its published baggage limits are 45 x 35 x 20 cm / 6 kg hand baggage and 158 cm / 20 kg checked, with oversized items needing prior consent 72 h ahead — none of which APG states as applying to a wheelchair.
Booking & cost
Conditions of Carriage 5.8.1: "Disabled Passengers must inform the Carrier for assistance no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the published departure time of the flight in question." Late notice is not an automatic refusal — APG then "will make all reasonable efforts". Separately, 6.9.1 requires the Carrier's prior consent, requested 72 h before departure, for oversized baggage (over 20 kg and/or over 158 cm total); APG does not say whether a wheelchair falls under that clause.

CoC 5.8.1 requires notification 48 h ahead. APG's FAQ routes passengers through their agent: "Who do I contact for special requests and baggage queries? For such requests, please contact the operating airline directly. If you are a passenger, please contact the travel agent who booked your ticket who can contact the airline with your request." For APG's own TLS–LRT flights the reservations desk is the direct channel.

Not published. CoC 5.8.2 entitles a person with reduced mobility to carriage of one item of mobility equipment but nowhere says it is free or outside the baggage allowance — contrast 8.2, which does state a service animal "could travel free of charge and will not be charged as excess baggage". APG's published excess-baggage fee is EUR 50 per bag up to 32 kg (6.8.4); it is not tied to mobility aids either way.
CoC 5.8.2: "In addition to medical equipment, the carriage of a maximum of one item of mobility equipment per person with reduced mobility, including wheelchairs".

CoC 6.4.1: "The Carrier is liable in the event of destruction, loss, damage or deterioration of the baggage for up to 1,131 SDR per Passenger"; 6.5 says a higher limit requires a declaration of special interest before check-in plus an extra payment. APG publishes no mobility-aid-specific liability rule, so a wheelchair is capped at the ordinary baggage limit unless declared.

On board
Not published — APG does not say whether an on-board aisle chair exists. Its only aircraft is an 8-seat Beechcraft 350, which has no aisle in the airline sense.
Not published — APG makes no statement about an accessible lavatory.
Not published. CoC 5.8.2 lists the services a PRM is entitled to (service animal, one mobility item, seating efforts, seat beside an accompanying person, accessible communication) and transfer/boarding assistance is not among them; EC 1107/2006 airport assistance is referenced only as the legal frame.
CoC 5.8.2: "The making of all reasonable efforts to allocate seating to meet the needs of Passengers with reduced mobility at their request and subject to safety requirements and availability", and if there is an accompanying person APG "will do its utmost… to allocate this person a seat next to the said passenger". But 5.8.7: "Second seat can not be offered according to cabin and seating configuration."

Fleet detail. APG Airlines' entire own-operated network is Toulouse (TLS) – Lorient (LRT), flown by an 8-seat Beechcraft King Air 350. Conditions of Carriage 5.8.6 expressly allows refusal where "the size of the aircraft or its doors makes the embarkation or carriage of that disabled person or person with reduced mobility physically impossible", and 5.8.5(i) says "Transportation in a stretcher or incubator is not allowed". No hold dimensions are published.
Worth knowing
OPERATOR TYPE CORRECTED — the stub said ticketing_only; APG's own site does not support that. apg-airlines.com/our-company states: "APG Airlines is our own in-house airline which operates regular scheduled flights between Toulouse and Lorient. With code GP, APG Airlines hosts our interline product." The live booking engine at fly.apg-airlines.com carries exactly two airports, TLS and LRT, each listing the other as its only destination, and the contact page offers "our 8 seater Beech-350" for privatisation. So GP is a real (very small) scheduled passenger operator as well as a ticketing vehicle, and it publishes a genuine PRM section (§5.8) in its Conditions of Carriage. Recorded as scheduled_passenger. DUAL ROLE — most GP-275 tickets are interline tickets for flights operated by 130+ partner airlines. On those, the OPERATING carrier's wheelchair and battery policy governs, not APG's: APG's FAQ says "For such requests, please contact the operating airline directly", and its CoC notes that where the operating carrier differs from the contracting carrier the passenger may claim against either. Nothing in this record should be applied to a flight APG does not itself operate. TRAP — the 100–160 Wh / "no more than two batteries" figures in the CoC are for a passenger's own ventilator, CPAP or portable oxygen concentrator (5.8.5), NOT for a wheelchair; they have been deliberately left out of the battery fields. CURRENCY — fly.apg-airlines.com still shows a Covid-19 tab and a "Copyright APG Airlines 2018" footer, so the Conditions of Carriage may be several years old even though the corporate site was rebuilt in 2025; a human should re-check the CoC revision date. The CoC PDF is served from back-apgairlines.orchestra-platform.com, APG's booking-platform host, and is linked directly from APG's own booking site.
