For flights to/from the USA, Aerolíneas states that airport staff trained as Complaint Resolution Officials (CRO) are available during operating hours and can be requested at the airport; it directs US disability requests to its US call center 1-800-333-0276. Spillable (wet) wheelchair batteries are handled only by the cargo desk at.cliente.arcargo@aerolineas.com.ar.

Aerolíneas' assistance hub (aerolineas.com.ar/asistencia/asistencias) is a JavaScript accordion whose panels do not render for a crawler; the substantive content was read from the site's own FAQ results page (subcategory 382, "Asistencias especiales") and from three official PDFs published on Aerolíneas' content domain content.services.aerolineas.com.ar — the manual-wheelchair instructions/form, the battery-wheelchair sworn statement (Rev.1 Aug 2022), and the MEDIF (Rev.6 Mar 2025). The PDFs are bilingual Spanish/English. Key traps for a power-chair user: (1) removable lithium batteries MUST come off the chair and travel in the cabin with you; (2) spillable (wet) batteries are NOT carried as accompanied baggage at all — only through Aerolíneas Cargo; (3) a signed sworn statement plus 2 photocopies must be produced at the airport, sent by e-mail at least 48 BUSINESS hours in advance (the counting excludes evenings and weekends, so a Friday-evening request can slip two days); (4) on Embraer 190 routes the chair must fit 55 x 101 x 145 cm folded, and there is no published limit for the rest of the fleet; (5) assistance to the aircraft seat assumes you can transfer yourself onto a narrower chair; (6) the on-board aisle chair is stated only for twin-aisle aircraft.
